Vertex – New Clients

Vertex was hired by Liquid Environmental Solutions to recruit an Director of Human Resources.

January 1, 2012 Vertex along with their partner Bold Chat implemented a Live Chat Line on 3 Day Blinds Corporate Careers Site to enhance the potential candidate’s recruiting experience.

Our goal is to provide each potential candidate with a positive and informative experience whilst evaluating 3 Day Blinds as a potential company for their next career opportunity.

Vertex announces year end results for 2011:

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) was our largest area of growth as clients decided to move their resources from a tactical position to a more strategic role and providing Vertex the opportunity to manage part or all of their recruiting efforts. According to Simon Watson, Senior Partner “One client reduced their overall recruiting expense by 50% whilst increasing their hire rate by 400% utilizing Vertex’s Lean Six Sigma RPO process, smart employment branding, and partnering with client HR to facilitate hiring when and where it was needed most.”

Additional highlights:

Developed a process to assist clients with the development, implementation and management of global competency-based HR solutions

Implemented a Web based tool to manage all third party employment and income verification requests on behalf of our clients (EVP)

Over 1000 DOT and Non DOT drug screens with an average cycle time of less than 24 hours

Completed more than 1000 background checks with an average cycle time of less than 4 hours

Completed more than 1000 MVR requests with an average cycle time of less than 4 hours

Managed the enrollment and changes of benefits to over 500 new and existing employees with a 99.7% accuracy rate

Assisted more than 200 individuals through our Lean Six Sigma Outplacement Services product

Integrated a small call center to manage employee calls relating to benefits and other employee relations processes utilizing BoldChat with a 97.2% approval rate
