Vertex partnered with BoldChat in 2008 in an effort to deliver a real-time communication tool to our clients looking for an efficient and cost effective way of instant messaging.

Vertex offers a robust live chat solution for our clients. We can create custom buttons and fully customizable chat windows for our clients’ specific needs.

One client indicated that through the use of BoldChat with Vertex they have improved their on-boarding process of new hires by 150%.

  • Detailed real-time visitor analytics can be provided to our clients on a monthly basis through our reporting tools.
  • All of the chat sessions are SSL encrypted to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

  1. Integrated email with Outlook, Exchange etc.
  2. Manager Portal: access to reports and data but no administrative rights.
  3. User Portal: access with full administrative rights.
  4. Applicant Job Board: connects with your website to open positions in real-time and let applicants enter their own contact info, resume directly into the database.
  5. Employee Referral Portal: allows any employee listed in the database to log in and submit the contact information of potential new employees. The employee and the newly submitted referral are linked together in the database for tracking.
  6. PDA and Wireless Handheld Devices can access the system via an optional low-bandwidth version. Read email, work in the schedule, search resumes and review requisitions.
